With over a decade of experience across service, HR, and the legal field, I’ve supported small business owners, nonprofits, coaches, consultants, attorneys, influencers, and politicians.

I know firsthand how valuable your time is – and how quickly the behind-the-scenes chaos can pile up. From social media management and online business operations to strategy consultations, I streamline your processes, manage the moving pieces, and create systems that work, so you can thrive where your genius shines.

Outside of business, I’m a wife, mom and fur momma living in Southeast Texas. I enjoy cooking, live music, reading and writing, spontaneous adventures and bonfires. And of course, a good cup of coffee.

Jessica White Davis is an ordained pastoral counselor specializing in trauma recovery and inner healing. She is a graduate of Vineyard Leadership Institute with a certification in pastoral ministry.

A gifted communicator, Jessica has spoken for churches and conferences throughout the Southeastern United States. Jessica’s heart is to see others whole, healed, and set free! As a pastoral counselor, she strives to provide a safe place for others to release what has wounded their hearts to the God who sees them. Jessica and her husband Chris have five children and a crazy pup named Luca.
